Fees and key conditions

Simple and transparent — no surprises.

Base rental fee Quoted based on vehicle class, rental schedule, pickup and return location, and actual availability. Adding CDW and TPL increases the starting price by ¥3,300 per day.
Airport or hotel handling Haneda Airport or hotel pickup and return arrangements may include additional fees depending on timing, distance, and operating conditions.
Child seats Available at ¥550 per day. Children under 6 must use a child seat.
Late arrival handling If your flight arrives late at night, an additional delivery fee may apply depending on the final pickup arrangement.
Fuel return rule Please return the vehicle refueled as instructed and keep the receipt.

Required documents

Accepted driving documents 1949 Geneva Convention IDP, eligible license plus official Japanese translation, or Japanese license.
Identity document Passport is required if the customer does not hold a Japanese driver's license.
Payment Cash in Japanese yen or credit card.
All drivers All drivers must be declared before departure, with valid documents for each driver.
